If you think that defines you just apply for this fantastic opportunity! Winners will be awarded:
One of our members, Erica Pezzica, won the award last year and now is a business analyst at Mckinsey in Milan. From TheConsultingSociety we contacted her to encourage our female members to apply: When I first heard about the Next Generation Women Leaders Award I was attending a workshop organized by TheConsultingSociety@EPFL. I decided to apply more to challenge myself than to actually get it, as I was initially thinking of McKinsey as something far from my engineering world. I ended up not only winning the Award but I also was invited to attend the interview process and eventually received an offer to join the firm as Business Analyst. I would like to encourage all the engineering girls to apply, as participating might be a turnaround point of life and the chance of discovering that women can thrive in the consulting world. So now it's your turn: you already have talent, logics and numerics by your side... will you take the challenge? Application deadline: March 6, 2017.
